Brief Description:  Outboard trailing edge skin

This skin was a little tricky becasue it has to be laid under the edge of the inboard skin so you can drill trough the existing holes into the new skin for attachment to the rib. The proble is that you can't hold the rib in place or see where it is while doing this. I used small wood blocks screwed to the bench to hold the rib in place. I then adjusted the drill bit so it barely stuck out of the drill stop. This way, the dit barely went through the skin into the rib. It may have slightly enlargened the rib hole but that's why I undersize drilled it. The other area to pay attention to is wing edge twist as you line up the skin with the rear ahannel and spar. I used a long piece of angle stock to make sure the wing was not twisted as I ldrilled and clecoed the outboard skin.
