continue to fit rudder skeleton assembly, flute ribs; fit counterbalance weight on skeleton. mis drilled mounting location holes for counterweight (too large) fitted a doubler into top of vertical stab and drilled/countersunk doubler to accept counterweight. contacted Vans to make sure this was acceptable; was assured that this was not an issue, actually added strenght to mounting area.
