Re-made the fuel "door" and riveted it onto the rib... much better this time! Also, made and installed the inspection cover flop-tube anti-hang bracket. Not sure if I need the other bracket, I did a quick check for any hangs around the rib area and didn't notice any... got to sleep on this one.
