Fabricated the tank vent line and installed. Flared the line and installed the B nut .
Riveted the inboard rib wet with B2. then installed the vent line onto the bulkhead fitting.
18-07. Bent the float the best you can. Had to shorten the wire some in order for it not to hit the rib. Many people have the same issue. Installed the sensor with B2 sealant as per plans. Checked for continuity and all is good.
18-08. Installed the tank baffle with B2 sealant as per plans. Christian and I worked fast in order to get all that work done before sealant began to setup. Let sealant cure for several days.
18-09. Leak checked the fuel tank. Used soapy water and all appears to be good. No bubbles.
