Step 1-8. Manufactured the W 1013A aileron hinge bracket. Also completed SB 16-03-28 for the right wing at this time. Clecod the inbd Aileron hinge assy together and riveted. Clecod the outboard aileron hinge assy together and rivetd.
15-03. Step 1-5. Made the W-1007D Rear spar plates. Match drilled all #30 and #40 locations for the rear spar doubler plate. on spar.
Step 4. Pilot drilled the W-1007D outboard doubler. final Drilled and reamed to 11/32
15-04. Straighted the w-0007B rear spar fork. Fianl drilled all locations. Step 3 Machine countersunk the rear spar flanges, and all doubler plates in locations caled out.
Dissassembled and deburred and primed.
Step 6. Clecod all parts together and riveted as called out in Fig 2. Riveted the aft spar assy to the ribs as called out.
