Began by seperateing the flap hinge ribs. Final driled all #40. Dimpled the holes as called out.
Step 4. Fabd my own W-1029C brackets that hold the wing root connectors. Threw away the molex junk and installed a cpc 37 pin connector. Can hold a variety of wire sizes that suit everything in this wing. Assembled the Torque toob assy. and clecod to the W-1010R rib.
Final drilled and dimpled all the ribs and primed.
14-03. Straighted the flap hing brackets. Were pretty close already. Match drilled #30.
Steps 3-4. Removed aft flange from outboard rib. Removed all bolts and washers from spar for reinstall later of ribs. Match drilled these holes #12. Finall drilled #30 and #40 al rib locations in spar.
14-04 Drilled ground lug and rib.
14-05. Used step drill to drill system holes.
14-06. Prepped flap hing ribs. Riveted hing assy into place. Riveted torque tube assy into place on inboard rib.
14-07. Clecod all ribs into place. Installed bolts as shown in fig 1. and torqued to 42 in lbs. Riveted the fwd flange of all ribs.
