Step 3. Riveted the rear spar to the top skin using the special bucking bar. Taped the inside of the spar so as not to mar it with the bucking bar. Very easy.
Step 7. Clecod all the root ribs and gussets. Clecod shear clips to the counterbalance rib.
Riveted the 1008 ribs together with the LP4-3 rivets.
Step 8. Installed front spar into the assy and clecod. Rivetd the front spar to the 1008 ribs with same LP4-3 rivets.
9-21. Riveted the 921 gusset with AN470's. Riveted remained of the top skin at forward spar and rear spar. Riveted outboard top ribs to the skin. Finished remaining holes on skins as per plans. Went very well.
9-23. Prepped the 924 trailing edge ribs with tank sealant. Applied 3m tape to the 1423 trailing edge and assembled alll. Clecod trailing edge and appled weight to the whole assy to cure.
