Continued with the elevator build, Fit the trim tab hinge on the rear spar. Final drilled all the gussets on 9-08 and tip ribs. Adjusted cross section of the trailing edge piece 1423. I dont think this step was really necessary. The tip fairing will be connected and filled with filler anyway. This makes the skin bend at the end and is very sketchy.
Continued on 9-09. Match drilled close outs, elevator horns. Dimpled the counter balance skin and upper and lower elevator skins. Went very well. Continued dimpling on 9-10- 9-11 dimpling of rear spar, ribs and trim motor access brace.
Made the trim pushrod and trim horns. Dimpled. Went very well.
