Brief Description:  Vertical stab build

Went back to vertical stab build. Had to wait for a new front spar after rivet set damage. Final drilled and dimpled holes again. Riveted spar doubler on spar. Riveted VS-410, 411, 412 rudder hinges on with 470 rivets. Looks very nice.
