Made the Flap torque tubes per plans. Primed the inside of the tubes as required. Wasnt real happy with the flap bearing blocks. The flaps were stiff. Used a dremel sanding wheel to remove a little material. It helped somewhat. Vans airforce says this is quite normal and most people have this. Installed the flap actuator and hooked up to a battery - flaps work without any effort so should be fine.
