Began building thhe outboard leading edge. Adjusted all the flanges of the ribs and deburred. Final drilled #40 and #30 as called out. Modified the 2 W-1009-L ribs. Notched them to fit up agains the spar for install. Buffed the Notched leading edges of the ribs to fit nicely inside the skin. Fabricated the J channel. Installed and match drilled. Removed the splice strip from the fuel tank skin.
17-04. Clecoed all the ribs and J channel into place. Match drilled the ribs as called out. Deburred all parts. Primed all with self etching primer.
Dimpled leading edge skins.

Dimpled all the holes in the back plates, light mount plate, splice strip and access doubler. Installed nut plates in all per plans. Rivet access doubler onto skin. Nice.
