Chapter 15. Step1 Straightened Left inbd aileron bracket. Deburred and primed.
Compled with SB 16-03-28 At this time. Clecod W-1013A,B-L, C-L Final drilled. Due to clearance issues with the aileron it was recommend by vans to countersink the brackets and use 426 rivets. Countersunk double flush both sides and riveted assy.
Clecod Outboard aileron assy togther. Installed bearing and riveted, deburred and primed.
15-03. Trimmed W-1007D rear spar doubler plates. Match drilled doubler plates to aft spars per steps 1-3. Cut out the pushrod hole on W-1007D.
Step 4-5 Drilled pilot holes in W1007D doubler. Reamed doubler to .375.
