Step 1. Straightened flap hinge brackets and deburred. Primed area where it will be sandwiched with spacer. Clecod and match drilled #30 as required.
Step 3-4. Removed all existing hardware for rib attach from spar and saved.Final drilled #30 and 40 after temporarily attaching ribs to spar. Removed then deburrred.
14-04. Step 1. Drilled #19 ground lug on w-1010L rib.
Step 2-3. Used step drill to enlarge system holes in all ribs. Installed snap bushings.
Deburred and primed all parts with SEM etching primer.
14-06. Assembled the inboard/outboard flap hinge assy and riveted together. Also the torque tube support assy was riveted as required.
