Began the Left wing buildup. Started step 1 by seperating the flap hinge ribs. Deburred.
Step 2-3 adjusted the flange angles of all the ribs. Finaled drilled #40 all the angles as required. Dimpled only the lower flange as required. would have been nice to the uppers now but or some reason vans has you wait till later.
Step 4 Seperated W-1029C angle and D spacer. I changed this bracket which holds the molex plugs for the wing wiring. After talking to stein air and others he said cut those off and throw across the garage. I decided to use Canon plugs rather due to using flyleds and i want to use shielded 3 wire for noise. The molex will not be sufficient and also molex are not very environmental.
Step 5 Final drilled the W1029A and B torque tube support assy.
Step 6 Clecod torque tube assy to W1010a rib and final drilled as required.
