11-06. Step 1 Final drilled 1/4 all the holes in the aft spar to the F`1411 bulkhead. Installed Vertical VS1402 onto the horizontal and bolted.
11-07 Skipped for now. Wiring.
11-08. Temporarily installed Vertical stab for steps1-3. Installed rod ends per step 3 and torqued. Did not require any adjustments. Installed rudder per 11-09. Fitment was good. Checked rudder degrees and rudder stop. Deflection was within specs.
11-10, Skipped rudder cable install for now until end.
