11-02. Steps 1-4. Installed the rod ends and torqued on left/right elevators In order to keep from skins on rubbing on the leading edge of elevators I turned both left and right rod ends out 2 turns each. Torqued jam nuts. Fitment was very good. Checked travel for up and down and all went for travel without rubbing.
11-03 Fab the spacer from plastic and inserted between wd-605 and hs911 hinge bracket as called out in step 2. Clamped. Inserted drill bushing and match drilled the WD605 elev horn on both left and right.
Step 7 Secured both elevators into poistion on H stab. Accomplished steps 9-10 as called out. Went very well with no problems.
11-04. Accomplished steps 1-5. Placed block between the horns and clamped. Match drilled with #12 for step 4. Deburred.
