Riveted the root ribs and hinge reinforcment plates to the fwd spar. All looks good and was easy to complete. 9-17. Clecod he counterbalance skins to the tip rib. Easy. Clecoed and riveted elevator control horn to the forward spar. Step 3 Rivetd the 1008B ribs to the rear spar. 9-18. Clamped the rear spar to the work bench to keep the assy straight while riveting. Riveted rear spar and ribs to the top skin as indicated. Riveted 1008A ribs to the bottom skin via back riveting.
