Started working the elevator. Seperated the shear clips E-1022. Built up and deburred the E1008 ribs. Clecod together the 903 and 904 tip ribs.
These ribs had quite a bit of twist and required some man handling. Fabricated the trailing edge ribs made from foam. Bent the close out tabs on the upper and lower elevator skins. Interesting teqnique. Wish this was done at the factory like the trim tab skins, but turned out pretty good.
Drilled up the trim tab hinge. Finally clecod the whole left assy together for fitment.
