Continued with building Horizontal front spar per 8-04. Carefully trimmed front spar caps on the belt sander with 80 grit. Worked very well. Deburred. Fit both top and bottom spar caps inside front spar flange and clamped. Match drilled to #30s both sides and also #40s on top of flanges. Deburred. Deburred front spar doubler and clecoed to spar. Match drilled all holes per stpes 3-4. Counter sunk holes on top of spar flange and also 12 holes on front of spar doubler. Will debur and prime tomorrow.
