Ran the first wires in the plane! In the pictures, they are being temporarily bundled and routed with velcro and safety wire. Once I've got the wire loom completed, I'll lace it up nicely and anchor it in place.
The spade terminals were nothing new to me, so that was easy peasy. But the tefzel insulation... that was new. Really, really tough. All the direct burial cable, or hardened PVC in the world ain't like this stuff. I see why you'd use it in a plane. It is incredibly thin and light, and very very tough.
