Spent some time researching part specifications for the avionics equipment list I'd like to install. I'm going to have to leave some flexibility until I finalize my engine choice.
The plans call for a Revmaster R-2300, an 80HP VW derivative. It's aircooled, but it's heavy, carburated, doesn't generate a lot of electrical power, and leaks oil. I'd rather select the Aeromomentum AM13, which is basically the opposite.
