Brief Description:  Passenger Armrest and Air Vent

Yesterday I got the passenger armrest made and installed. I'm almost ready to paint the interior of the aircraft. I've picked up some Ligh Gray epoxy paint, so thins should go on and last well.

Today I located and installed the passnger air vent. The cockpit doesn't have lots of room, so figuring out where to put the NACA scoop to bring air into the cabin was almost Olympic-Level Tetris. It was a good thing we worked to place the vent together. Both the places I had thought to install it weren't particularly good. But we got it marked out, and I cut and drilled the skin for the scoop. Then primed and painted, and got it installed.

Fitting the air vent 'eyeball' I got from the aircraft salvage yard was a matter of using the heat gun to soften the air vent and then press fit the two. Once the epoxy has cured long enough, I can silicone the air vent in place,
