I designed, cut, and shapped the armrest reinforcements seen on the port side in the second picture. One is installed over the spar on either side to support the kydex armrests. The first picture shows the kydex sheet heat-formed into the pilot's right armrest. It is attached with Velco to retain the armrest and prevent rattling. The velcro is held in place with 3M yellow trim adhesive, used as directed. It works quite well on thekydex, which is great becuse so little does.
