Brief Description: Starboard Wing Stub
I finished the starboard wing stub wiring today, I also installed the starboard aileron bellcrank and its associated brackets and rib reinforcement. Lastly, I got a number of hours in on rearranging the workshop. It is a one-car garage, so space is at a premium, It's time to get the fuselage down off the tables and onto the ground, and this means a lot of shuffling.
Bonus for me; lots of rain. It would be nice if I could move things into and out of the garage without getting everything wet, but that's not going to happen. In any event, I hope to have the shuffling of my workspace done tomorrow. If I'm very lucky and my wife helps out a lot, I might even get the fuselage down.
When I planned getting the plane off the worktables and onto the ground a year ago, I was planning on having a couple of nice big friends of mine over to help. Perhaps my father too; it would be good to have a voice of reason on the team. Of course, right now the coronavirus is running rampant across most of the planet. In this part of the world, there is a Shelter In Place order in effect, directing a lot of businesses to shutter and barring unnecessary travel. And it's expected to continue for a few months. As such, this move is gong to require a certain amount of finesse.
