Brief Description: comlete VS repair, lengthen stick
Completed upper rear VS to fuse attach point: riveted primed doubler to VS, riveted and bolted new attach angle to fuse. Match drilled angle to doubler. Double checked VS 90 degree alignment to HS.
Legthened pilot stick: I noticed on final cockpit ergonomics check a couple weeks ago that stick was too low now that I replaced the teak wook stick grip with a Ray Allen. Removed stick, spliced in a 2.5" section, reinstalled, reconnected wires and tested.
After spending two days re-doing old stuff I can now get back on new stuff (canopy coming up next).
