Brief Description: painted skirt, more sand and fill on fairing

skirt did not turn out as good as I hoped, lots of visible flaws. I will have to re-sand, do some more filling, and repaint. Fairing is coming along, but tedious sanding with lots more to go. I decided that I will NEVER build an all fiberglas airplane.
