Riveted HS nose ribs into HS skins. Riveted front spar to nose ribs and then riveted skins to spar. Riveted main ribs to front spar and then riveted skins to main ribs. Completed for both sides of horizontal stabilizers. Waiting for Tech Counselor to inspect before installing rear spar.
