Brief Description:  Mated Wings to Fuselage

Well, we've completed our 2nd move in less than 2 months. Advice: Don't rent a house that's for sale.Started the day by preparing to mate the wings to the fuselage. Beveled the ends of the spars to allow them to slip into the center section more easily. Used a desk chair to support the inboard end of wing and my son on the other end. The wings went in without much difficulty. The rear spar had a slight misalignment, but a screwdriver easily pried the two apart and the rear spar slipped in with no additional problems. The wings were almost right on the money. After following the instructions for leveling the fuselage, setting wing sweep, and setting wing incidence, I match-drilled the rear spars. Match-drilled overlapping bottom fuselage skin to wings.Began fabricating forward fuel tank attach brackets.
