Sent email to Van's Tech Support, HoustonRVBuilders forum about the gap between the leading edge and fuel tank skins. Larry Perryman from HoustonRVBuilders forum replied saying the 1/32nd was not enough to worry about and that I should build on.
- Removed the leading edge from main wing spar. - Drilled the tie down hole in the leading edge skin prior to removal using a Unibit to 3/8". - clecoed tank ribs to main wing spar and baffle attach Z brackets for final size drilling - using a #30 12" long bit with depth stop installed to prevent hitting the wing spar, final sized drilled the rivit holes in tank ribs and Z brackets.
