Built the fuel tank/leading edge jig out of 1/2" plywood held over from our bout with Hurricane Rita and a scrape piece of 2x4. I attempted to cut the shape of the rib using my hand jigsaw but I broke the blade right as I got started. And no more blades. So, I broke out the sawsall. That did it, not as controllable as a jigsaw but it got the job done. One day I'll have to break down and get that table-top band saw.
