Brief Description:

- Increased countersink in T-407 and riveted to rib.

- Fabricated the anti-hangup guide for the inspection cover plate using .025 alum sheet cut to 1/2 x 8 inch and attached just slightly aft of vertical center to give room for my arm to reach the flop tube attach point as needed.

- Used the unibit in drill press to drill fuel bulkhead fitting for flop tube. Drill pilot hole in rib 1 1/16 inch from rib tip as per plans, then clecoed the T-410 Back Plate to rib and backdrilled pilot hole then clecoed the T-405 to assemble and back drilled pilot hole.

- Clamped rib to scrap 1x4 and drilled cleco holes to hold rib while drilling the 9/16" hole with unibit.

- Removed rib and clamped T-410 to board and drilled the 9/16" hole

- Removed the T-410 and clecoed the T-405 angle to board and drilled 9/16" hole. Since this material is thick, I could not finish the hole without oversizing the hole. So I unclamped it and finished the hole from opposite side without reclamping. Risky and not too safe but with only 1/16" left, it wasn't that difficult and it worked.

- Used unibit to drill 3/8" vent line bulkhead elbow hole approximately 1" square from edge of rib and rib stiffener dimple.
