Brief Description: Elevator control horn alignment
Fabricated a "drill sleeve" from #6 x .25" x 1.0" which is used to protect the VA-146 hinge bearing while drilling the WD-605-L/R for the bolt that attaches the horns to the center bracket
Performance Swing Test (using a digital level)
I measured (roughly) the amount of elevator deflection when mounted to the horizontal stabilizer. Here are the results;
Left elevator up: 37.9 degrees Van's spec up: 30 degrees dn: 36.0 degrees dn: 25 degrees
