Brief Description: Dimpling the understructure components
Dimpled all of the spars and ribs using the pneumatic squeezer. While dimpling the HS-603PP Rear Spar, I managed to allow the squeezer to strike the spar twice, causing a second dimple hole to be created close to the original (see center of image). Because of the holes are close together and redrilling would not look good. I am considering replacing the part since it may fracture under the stress of flight. I verify with Vans to make sure.
