Brief Description: Manual Aileron Trim bracket installation
Here I determined the center of the friction block and transferred the mark to the bracket centerline. Next I cleoed the bracket to the floor pan, marked the center with a manual center punch, then drill a #30 pilot hole. Moved to the drill press and using a Unibit, drilled a 9/16 in hole into both the bracket and the floor pan.
