Showing the drilling of the nutplate using my hand to keep the nutplate from twisting while drilling. Not a wise technique.
Now I need to decide whether to using countersunk nutplates or not. Smooth floor, more work. Bumpy floor, a little less work and possible nut plate alignment issues. Ummm....
