Riveted seat rib with previously installed nutplates to flaperon mixer arm assembly. Removed protective vinyl and deburred crotch strap brackets. Dimpled and countersunk rivet holes in crotch strap brackets and nutplates, as directed. Riveted nutplates to crotch strap brackets, as directed.
