Removed protective vinyl and deburred left and right flaperon outboard nose skins, and clecoed to respective spars, outboard nose ribs, aileron counterbalances, and outboard nose ribs. Match drilled left and right most outboard and most inboard holes in the outboard nose skins into aileron counterbalances. Unclecoed all parts. Deburred holes drilled in counterbalances. Riveted aileron counterbalances to appropriate outboard nose ribs. Clecoed outboard nose ribs / aileron counterbalance sub assemblies to spars. Clecoed outboard nose skins to spars and outboard nose ribs. Match drilled holes of the outboard nose skins into the aileron counterbalances. Match drilled the holes of the nose skins into the upper flanges of the outboard and inboard nose ribs. Unclecoed all parts and deburred all holes in the aileron counterbalances, outrboard nose ribs, ansd outboard nose skins that were match drilled or final drilled.
