Brief Description: Stabilator Spar and Counterbalance Arm
"Something didn't look right in the way the holes in spars were not lining up. Removed the clecos, reviewed the directions, and reassembled. Holes lined up. Had orienation of fwd and aft spars wrong in relation to spar box skeleton. Final-drilled holes in both counterbalance brackets and clecoed to spar assembly. Inserted counterbalance arm into the forward and aft counterbalance brackets. Match drilled the couner balance brackets and arm. Disassembled counterbalance brackets, arm, and spar box assembly. Deburred holes and cleared away chips."
