Brief Description: Anti-Servo (Trim) Tab Ribs, Skin, & Control Horns
Removed clecos from anti-servo tabs (AST's) and deburred holes. Riveted top flange of the four ribs inside the top surface of each of the AST skins. Separated and deburred the AST control horns. Countersunk AST control horn holes for flush rivets. Did not totally comprehend a note posted to the VAF RV-12 Forum in February 2009 suggesting not to rivet the two end ribs at the control horns to the skin until after the control horn is riveted to the rib, due to squeezer access if assembly is done per plan which says to rivet rib to skin first. Aftert looking at it I could see why and drilled out the rivets attaching the skin to the control horn ribs.
