I used the 3/32" dimple die in the pnuematic squeezer to dimple all skin to spar holes in the rear spar, tip rib, mid rib, root rib, lower nose rib and front spar.
I then dimpled the vertical stabilizer skin to 3/32" using the pnuematic squeezer on the sides and C-Frame dimpler the inside holes. I made my first major error today when I accidentally punched an extra hole in the vertical stabilizer skin with the pnumatic squeezer while dimpling. This skin will be discarded and replaced with a new one from Van's.
I then used Napa 7220 Self Etching Primer to prime all ribs, spars and the spar doubler.
