Brief Description: Deburring and Dimpling Rudder Components
Today I disassembled the rudder skin to skeleton assembly and deburred all holes. I used the pnuematic squeezer and dimpled all spar and rib holes. I countersunk all holes in the trailing edge strip. Once the the spars, ribs, attach strips and rudder horn assembly were deburred and dimpled, I primed all of the skeletal structure parts of the rudder with NAPA 7220 self-etching primer, except the rudder horn brace that I will be replacing.
