Brief Description: Evaluation of fuselage "status."
At this time, the entire fuselage (as purchased) was specifically evaluated step-by-step from the plans to determine which plans steps had and had not been completed by the original builders, as well as to evaluate any damage that had occurred while in transit between the original builder and myself. It appears that most construction steps were completed in the proper plans order, with a few obvious steps being omitted, (such as the installation of the tailpost) that actually helped facilitate the transport and storage of the project. A "bill of materials" that would be required to complete the basic fuselage was drafted at this time.
