Fitted filler plate for spinner to backing plate. As per applicaable drawings and guidance from manual. Drilled all necessary and rivet nut plates to foward and aft spinner backing plates. Attempted to re-secure flap actuator with great difficulty due to alignment issues. Found also that motor did not operate due to faulty ground connection. Spent entire day gluing windshield fairing to aircraft structure as per Britta Products instruction manual.
