Fitted lower cowl to check for clearances. Found numerous contact areas, removed subsequently the effected areas with tin snips and filed smooth. Fitted air seal material to front baffles and secured with MS20470A4-5 rivets. This ends almost 3 months of on/off construction time of engine baffle fabrication. All that remains is to fit the ignition harness to complete the OP-44 drawing bill of materials.
