As per plans OP-44: fitted and trim'ed baffle to provide 1/2" clearance for fitment of baffle material. Took over 30 tries of installing/removing upper cowl, but was able to obtain necessary clearance to close cowl (see attached photo). Cleaned and reorganized shop and was able to wheel fuselage out into driveway for the first time.
