Match drill T-701 to W-423. Remove the clecoed tank assembly from the wing, and drill all rivet holes to final size. (Doing so off the wing prevents accidentally drilling into the spar).
With the left tank mounted on the wing, I match drilled all the holes in skins to the ribs. I removed the tank from the wing and continued to match drill the rear baffle to the skins.
I am happy with how the right tank turned out... The ballon is still inflated with no real change in size for the last 48 hours. I plan to use the exact same technique for the left tank. I would hope it will go a bit faster this time.
