When I went into the shop I took a fresh look at the position that I was planning to put the ILS/VOR/LOC antenna and after pondering it decided to move it from in front of the F-810B-1 bulkhead to behind the bulkhead.
Several reasons for changing were the skin is stiffer in that area, it has decent access to rivet the doubler from outside the aircraft, it moves the antenna back a bit more under the horizontal stab.
So I went about re-marking the belly location. Then I modified and marked the rivet locations for the doubler and marked the rivet locations and bend angles
