After getting everything fitting well I drilled, countersunk, and riveted the hinge. Once again I just drilled clearance holes for the shop heads to clear. I placed the panel inside the airplane. Everything seems to be fitting nicely.
I bought camlock fasteners to hold the door closed and keep the bin secured as well as whatever I have inside the bin. I figure three camlocks should do the trick at keeping the door secured and I played with locations and marked where I am going to place them.
The cover is almost done and I can begin to concentrate on wiring again!
