I started by transferring the holes along the front part of the baggage area that would also hold down the panel. I have made some poor mans transfer screws by grinding off the heads of some #8 screws by putting them in my drill and running them against my belt sander to form a point. I insert them into the nutplate and set the panel back down in place then give a tap with the hammer over the transfer screw and I have a nice center punch mark to locate the drilll location on the panel. It has worked really well.
Next I measured the location of where I wanted to drill the support bracket on the back wall area and set the panel on, marked the location and match drilled the panel and bracket in place.
I removed the bracket and drilled and riveted the nutplate onto the bracket.
This session pushed me over the 1700 hour mark in the build!!
