Brief Description:  Rework Right Console & Oil Cooler Cable

Since I decided to put both the fuse block and potentially a number of circuit breakers. I decided to cut the corner of the console side panel to give a little more visibility to the breakers. They will be mostly visible through leaning forward a bit, and the reality is they are there for circuit protection and seldom is it a good idea to reset a CB unless it is really critical and then you only generally do it once.

After cutting the side panel I formed the small bend on the edge as I did with the other edges for asthetics and additional stiffining of the panel. I carefully bent the panel to avoid ruining the paint job....it was successful!

After looking high and low....left and right I decided on what I felt the best location for the oil cooler butterfly valve that opens or closes airflow to the oil cooler. It is usually open all the time unless cold temps prevail then you may not get the oil temp up to where you want it to be. Some folks don't install a valve but I felt it was good to have the option. Low oil temp allows moisture to collect in the oil and not be evaporated which can lead to internal engine corrosion.

That's as far as I got with the cable.....I will continue the routing journey towards the oil cooler next session.
